Hi, I’m Rodrigue Djikeuchi, the founder of Everstone Succession Partners and a future operator looking to lead a business with care, focus, and commitment.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of owning a business. I grew up watching what good businesses can do for employees, for communities, for families.

My father built a telecommunications company from the ground up in my home country of Cameroon. I watched him navigate tough decisions, lead with integrity, and treat employees like family. That experience shaped my belief in the kind of leadership that prioritizes people and long-term impact.

That’s what draws me to companies like yours. I’ve worked in the insurance and healthcare sectors — industries where trust and relationships drive results. I’ve seen how operational know-how, paired with long-term commitment, creates lasting success.

Now, I’m ready to step into an owner-operator role. I’m looking to work closely with a business owner who’s built something meaningful and may be thinking about the next chapter, for the business, for the team, and for themselves.
